This is the refectory! Quite different than what we are used to at Sewanee. It is fairly simple and more importantly childproof! Meals are served family style at each table. So far, the food has really been delicious. It tastes homemade. We have met several families with small kids. Here is Caroline with her new friend, Holly. Holly is three years old and has a baby brother. Her family is from Rhode Island, so they have been especially helpful. When I asked if there was a store like Target, they knew just what I meant. After dinner, once all the single seminarians leave, the kids run up and down the aisle. Caroline and Tucker have had so much fun!
